AUSTRALIA – Plenary continues its formal journey of reconciliation following the endorsement of its third Reconciliation Action Plan by Reconciliation Australia.
This two-year Innovate level RAP marks the next step in the formal reconciliation journey the company has been on since 2020, assisting it in developing strong relationships with a small but increasing number of First Nations peoples, business, organisations and communities, and to educate and energise staff broader sphere of influence on matters of reconciliation.

Plenary CEO and RAP champion David Lamming said Plenary relished the opportunity to leverage its unique role in bringing together the public and private sectors to embed First Nations cultures, histories and communities into public infrastructure.
“The formal RAP journey we have been on since 2020 has allowed us to deepen our understanding of the influence we are able to have through our role in developing quality public infrastructure that benefits the communities in which it exists,” Mr Lamming said.
“I am heartened by the enthusiasm with which our whole company has embraced our reconciliation journey to date, and we look forward to continuing to actively promote reconciliation and provide our people with tangible, practical ways to be able to contribute to that journey; providing a diverse and inclusive workplace that is culturally safe, culturally rich and culturally proud.”
