AUSTRALIA – Plenary continues its formal journey of reconciliation following the endorsement of its second Reconciliation Action Plan by Reconciliation Australia.

The two-year Innovate RAP marks the next step in the formal journey Plenary has been on since 2020, in developing respectful relationships and creating meaningful opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and organisations, and in improving socioeconomic outcomes.

Plenary Chief Executive David Lamming said in addition to being pleased with progressing to the Innovate stage, the outcomes achieved on Plenary’s RAP journey to date was a demonstration of Plenary embracing its core values of respect, integrity and diversity.

“We are in a privileged position to be able to leverage our unique role in bringing together the public and private sectors to embed First Nations cultures, histories and communities into public infrastructure,” Mr Lamming said.

“We look forward to continuing to actively promote reconciliation and provide our people with tangible, practical ways to be able to contribute to that journey; providing a diverse and inclusive workplace that is culturally safe, culturally rich and culturally proud.”
