It has been a successful season of project awards and corporate recognition for Plenary in North America.

P3 Bulletin
In early October, Plenary’s Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness in Ontario won P3 Bulletin’s silver award for Best Operational Project, while our US 36 Express Lanes project in Colorado was shortlisted for the same category.

Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships
On November 5, the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships held their annual national conference where they handed out the 2018 National Awards for Innovation and Excellence in P3s. Plenary’s Milton District Hospital Expansion in Ontario was awarded silver in the Infrastructure category.

“On behalf of the dedicated Plenary Health team who worked tirelessly to complete this project on time and on budget, we are incredibly proud to have the Milton District Hospital Expansion recognized with an award from the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships,” said Angela Clayton, Plenary’s Group Head, Buildings Division.

National Association of Minority Contractors – Southern California
Plenary is proud to be accepting the Visionary Award from the National Association of Minority Contractors – Southern California (NAMC-SC) on November 8. This award is given to the organization that has developed and implemented an innovative and impactful approach to supporting the growth of small business. The NAMC-SC noted that the efforts made by Plenary to promote diversity and inclusion in their project teams and support small business have been extraordinary.

Great Place to Work Institute and Top 100 Employers Project
Plenary is also pleased to announce that it has received recognition and certification as an official Great Place to Work® in both Canada and the United States following a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute®. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

Plenary was also recently recognized as one of Canada’s Best Employers for Recent Graduates as part of the Top 100 Employers Project.

“Plenary’s outstanding corporate culture is a testament to our people and a big factor in our success,” said Brian Budden, Plenary’s President & CEO. “We are proud to be recognized with these prestigious awards and to further spread the word that Plenary is a Great Place to Work.”
