Plenary continues to expand and has recently welcomed several key people to its US team.

Joining the Origination team are Eliot Jamison and Jeff Fullerton, both based in the Los Angeles office. Eliot started on June 19 in the position of Senior Vice President, Origination, focused on leading new deal pursuits and closings across the full spectrum of civil and buildings projects. He was previously with Macquarie Capital where he was Senior Vice President in the Transportation and P3 team. Jeff joined on August 14 in the position of Senior Vice President, Real Estate Development, with focus on those projects that have, alongside core public infrastructure, an important real estate component such as a residential, hotel/hospitality, retail, commercial or mixed-use development. Jeff was previously a Director with Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate.

Joining Plenary’s Tampa office on September 5 as Group Head, Project Development and Partnering, is Sia Kusha. Sia will be responsible for managing Plenary’s business development and partnering activities across North America. He joins after more than 30 years in the engineering and construction industry, including the last five years at AECOM where he most recently was the Managing Director of Integrated Delivery Services, responsible for their opportunity pipeline and partnering across their five business lines (Transportation, Water, Power, Environment, Buildings & Places) in the Americas.

Finally, Nigel Kirkwood will join the Vancouver office on September 4 as Chief Operating Officer. Nigel will assist with management of the Accounting, Tax and IT functions and will work with senior management on additional corporate initiatives. Nigel brings more than 20 years of experience working internationally in accounting and corporate finance. Most recently, he was CFO to a portfolio of small-cap, publicly-listed companies and, prior to that, was Director, Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup in the UK.

“We’re thrilled to welcome each of these new hires. We have secured some exceptionally talented individuals to bolster our team, each with unique, impressive experience and knowledge,” said Brian Budden, President and CEO of Plenary. “We are anticipating a busy 2018 and these additions provide further foundation for our continued success and growth in both the US and Canadian markets.”
