Our team has been at the forefront of new delivery models for complex infrastructure in North America, including the use of predevelopment agreements and hybrid models combining core public infrastructure with real estate and other commercial development.

Our dedicated project delivery team of more than 50 employees across the US and Canada offers a breadth of technical expertise and experience in engineering, design, construction, operations and maintenance, including the ability to self perform.

We integrate multi-disciplinary teams to optimize design and construction solutions during the procurement and bid phase with a long-term focus on operational performance and lowest life-cycle costs.

Once in the delivery phase, the team incorporates best practices and lessons learned from across our project portfolio, ensuring that each client receives the best possible delivery solutions.

During both the construction and operations phases, our project delivery team is actively involved in every aspect of the project to identify and mitigate risks, enhance collaboration, maintain schedule and performance, help resolve commercial or contractual matters, maintain strong relations among all the parties, and manage the project for overall success.

In addition to delivering the physical asset, we also proudly support the delivery of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and sustainability (LEED, net zero) solutions into our projects.

Our in-house corporate finance team provides project administration, invoicing, accounting, and financial compliance services for all our P3 projects, working hand-in-hand with our consortium partners and Clients to ensure a seamless project administration experience across all phases through to its hand-back date.
