Our Project Structuring & Investment team specializes in the procurement, closing, and commercial and financial structuring of our public-private partnership projects across the US and Canada.
Our Asset Delivery team is responsible for overseeing the construction and asset management of our projects. The team accepts the long-term stewardship of these projects, ensuring they are in a high-quality condition throughout the term of the project and ultimate handback.
Our Accounting, Finance and Tax teams are responsible for all financial reporting, lender and legal compliance, cash flow processing, and the monitoring and analysis of financial results.
