Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and William Osler Health System (Osler) announced today that the Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness has reached substantial completion.
Plenary Health – Comprised of Plenary Group (Developer), PCL Constructors Canada Inc. (Design-Constructor), Diamond Schmitt Architects and RTKL, an Arcadis Company (Architects), Honeywell Limited (Facilities Management) and RBC Capital Markets (Financial Advisor) – delivered the design, build, finance, maintain project on budget.
The new facility, located in Brampton will provide patients in Peel with:
“Plenary Health is excited to have reached this significant milestone for the Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness. We’d like to thank the entire Plenary Health team along with our partners at William Osler Health System and Infrastructure Ontario for their efforts in delivering this project to the Peel community,” said Angela Taylor, Plenary’s Group Head, Building Delivery.
The building will be fully operational in April 2017, once equipment and furniture have been installed and the transition completed.
