William is based in Dubai and leads Plenary’s finance activities in the Middle East. He is responsible for the accounting, reporting, tax, treasury and compliance activities of Plenary’s operations, investments and projects in the Middle East.

He is focused on supporting Plenary’s goal to expand its presence in the Middle East, through long-term investments, partnerships and delivery of PPP projects. He is involved in the delivery and management of the Zayed City Schools project, UAE’s first schools infrastructure public-private partnership.

William has more than 16 years of accounting and finance experience across the United Arab Emirates, Australia and UK, and has held senior roles with IDEMIA, Barclays Bank, Red Cross Blood Service and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.
