Ruth McMorrow is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Plenary Americas.

Ruth serves as an independent, non-executive member of the Plenary Americas board.  Ruth brings four decades of extensive experience in infrastructure and government finance, as an equity investor, financial advisor, commercial and investment banker, and government financier.  She has worked across a broad section of infrastructure sectors on new-build projects, secondary market transactions, mergers and acquisitions.  While she has focused largely on the North American markets, she has a global perspective from her work on projects in Europe, the Mideast and Australia.

Ruth has a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in State and Local Finance from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs of Syracuse University.
