Joshua Smith is based in London, where he is focused on developing greenfield infrastructure projects across Europe.

Joshua joined Plenary’s Melbourne team in 2017, where he played a leading role in several of Plenary’s major projects, including the Western Roads Upgrade and the New Footscray Hospital project, as well as several asset refinancings and bids. 

Joshua moved to London to support the establishment of Plenary’s presence in Europe and seek new opportunities for the business.

Prior to joining Plenary, Joshua worked in London in economic consulting in the infrastructure sector, including regulation of energy networks and economic policy for health and transport infrastructure.
