Magda Sabat is responsible for ensuring strong asset performance across the North American portfolio, working closely with Group Heads of the social and civil asset management teams.

Before joining Plenary Americas, Magda held multiple roles across the public and private sectors bringing a comprehensive skillset shaped by experience in construction, private capital investment, and public infrastructure procurement, giving her a unique understanding of how contractual risks and opportunities evolve throughout the life cycle of an infrastructure asset.

In her most recent role in construction, she successfully led opportunity strategies, negotiated agreements focused on balanced risk allocation, and provided ongoing commercial support through project execution.

Recognized for her strategic leadership and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, Magda holds a Master’s degree in Environment and Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Planning from the University of Waterloo.
