Stephanie is responsible for project communications across Plenary&#8217;s active North American projects. She also manages Plenary’s corporate communications, marketing and media relations for North America.



Prior to joining Plenary Americas, Stephanie planned and implemented comprehensive communications programs for large infrastructure projects as a Director at Kirk &amp; Co., a leading strategic communications and public consultation firm in B.C. She has extensive P3 communications experience on both the client and public sector side of projects and previously worked at Partnerships BC, supporting the development of P3s in B.C.



Stephanie has an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s Degree from the University of Waterloo.

Plenary is pleased to announce that Elevate Inglewood Partners (EIP), a public-private partnership consortium, has been selected as the Best Value Proposer by the City of Inglewood for the Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) Project.



The EIP team is comprised of:



<ul><li>Plenary Americas (equity member)</li><li>Tutor Perini Corporation (lead contractor)</li><li>Parsons Corporation (lead designer)</li><li>Woojin Industrial System Co., Ltd. (automated transit system operator and supplier)</li><li>Alternate Concepts Inc. (lead operations and maintenance contractor)</li></ul>



The project will include the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a 1.6-mile automated people mover that will connect the Metro K Line and Inglewood’s new major employment and destination centers, including the Kia Forum, Sofi Stadium, YouTube Theater, The Intuit Dome, as well as the housing and commercial destinations in the surrounding area.



The City has partnered with LA Metro and the County of Los Angeles to establish the ITC Joint Powers Authority which will oversee the design, construction, operations and maintenance of the ITC following contract award.



EIP and the City are currently in discussions and negotiations regarding the project’s pricing and contractual terms.
