Personnel changes 1 July 2025

Mr Lamming remains with the business as a member of the group board, and as chair of both Plenary Middle East and Plenary’s UK and Europe business.

All appointments will continue to work alongside the existing senior management teams in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and UK and Europe.

Mr Crowe said all new roles reflect Plenary’s strong focus on developing its own talent and focus on succession planning.

“We have created global teams centered around our core value propositions, leveraging our in-country expertise while strengthening our governance and investment decision making,” Mr Crowe said.

“The revised structure enables us to support our senior management teams in each region and drive growth in new markets we have identified around the world, while maintaining our leading position in existing markets such as Australia and the Middle East.

“The coming years present a strong pipeline for the core infrastructure business and property pursuits in existing and new markets, and the team is perfectly positioned to lead the company through our next phase of growth.”
