We have bolstered our property capability by establishing a dedicated team with strong experience in integrated property development.

This includes experience in transport developments such as Australia’s largest public transport project, Sydney Metro, and education, health and life sciences precinct developments.

We are thrilled to be partnering with La Trobe University as its master development partner for the $5 billion University City of the Future project, and with University of NSW to deliver the $600 million Health Translation Hub in Sydney.

The 15-year collaboration with La Trobe University will reimagine La Trobe’s Bundoora campus, redefining how university precincts in Australia and abroad are designed, developed and delivered.

We are focussed on social and affordable housing projects and are launching a dedicated social housing fund.

Our community infrastructure subsidiary Pariter sees us partnering with sports, recreation and community organisations to deliver sustainable long-term developments and financial stability to our community partners.

Governments and large landowners with a strong asset base but capital constrained, such as universities, are looking to couple elements of their largescale infrastructure projects with property development and value creation. There is a large partnering element required to deliver these complex developments and precincts which includes long term master planning, sourcing sustainable funding, and bringing in the right partners for the right elements – all skills that we apply to these infrastructure-related property projects.
