Governments and large landowners with a strong asset base but capital constrained, such as universities, are looking to couple elements of their largescale infrastructure projects with property development and value creation. There is a large partnering element required to deliver these complex developments and precincts which includes long term master planning, sourcing sustainable funding, and bringing in the right partners for the right elements – all skills that we apply to these infrastructure-related property projects.
