Lee is Co-Head of Plenary’s Asia Pacific Origination business, which focuses on the bidding and development of infrastructure projects throughout the region.
As Co-Head, Lee leads the Sydney Origination team and is responsible for pricing, structuring, negotiation and execution of transactions from inception to financial close – with a focus on NSW, Queensland and the Northern Territory markets. He is also Plenary’s representative on the board of Gold Coast Light Rail.
Lee joined Plenary in 2015, initially working on Stage 2 of the Gold Coast Light Rail and subsequently on the City and Southwest augmentation of Sydney Metro. He also led the Plenary consortium in its successful bid for the Inland Rail PPP.
Prior to Plenary, Lee held various roles in infrastructure investment with AMP Capital’s Infrastructure team and in infrastructure development as Project Director, Commercial, for Moorebank Intermodal Company Limited. Lee also provided infrastructure advisory services as an independent consultant.
