Paul Oppenheim
Chair
Paul is co-founder and Chair of Plenary, and was the Asia Pacific CEO from 2004 until 2019.
He is Chair of the Parklife Metro entity delivering the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport PPP and represents Plenary on the boards of the Sydney Metro North West and City and Southwest projects.
Before Plenary Paul worked at ABN AMRO for nine years in the Infrastructure Capital team, including as head of the group. Prior to ABN AMRO, Paul worked at KPMG in the Audit and Advisory division.
Paul is also a board director of SCEGGS Darlinghurst and the Belvoir Theatre.
