TOKYO AND SINGAPORE – On July 29, 2026, Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (“JOIN”) and Plenary Group (“Plenary”), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) to jointly explore and deliver infrastructure projects globally outside Japan, with a special focus on transportation and urban development areas.
Mr. Tatsuhiko Takesada, President and CEO of JOIN, said, “We are pleased to sign this MOU with Plenary which is one of the most successful global players in infrastructure projects. We look forward to further strengthening our partnership with Plenary and working together to encourage Japanese companies to participate in overseas infrastructure projects globally.”
Mr. Paul Crowe, CEO of Plenary, said, “Plenary is delighted to welcome JOIN’s support and long-term partnership commitment as we pursue infrastructure projects across the globe.
