Plenary Health – who are delivering the $1.5 billion New Footscray Hospital Project in partnership with the Victorian Health Building Authority and Western Health – have partnered with the Footscray Learning Precinct to engage, educate and connect young people to opportunities. The project has also connected students to the Footscray Connectivity Centre and New Footscray Hospital Jobs Hub, which supports the west by connecting the local community to jobs, apprenticeships and training on the new hospital site and at the Victoria University Polytechnic.
The Footscray Learning Precinct is an integrated hub and framework for education from kindergarten through to university. Located in Melbourne’s west, it includes Billy Button Children’s Centre, a new integrated early learning centre, Footscray Primary School, Footscray City Primary School, and Footscray High School.
