Established in 2004, we now have more than 200 professionals across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Singapore.
Our assets under management comprise 22 projects worth more than A$32 billion, part of our global portfolio of 89 projects worth more than A$90 billion across Australia, North America, the Middle East and the UK.
We are known for delivering some of the most iconic public infrastructure in Australia, such as Sydney Metro, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Gold Coast Light Rail.
The success we have achieved in our core PPP business has allowed us to grow our asset management capability and we are now responsible for providing asset management services to additional infrastructure assets on behalf of other investors.
Plenary and ADQ
In 2024, active sovereign investor ADQ acquired 49% of Plenary, marking the first major inbound investment from the UAE into an Australian company following the signing of the Australia-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement and reinforcing bilateral ties between the two nations.
As part of the partnership, Plenary and ADQ established a co-development and investment platform, Plenary Middle East, to pursue public and social infrastructure opportunities in the Middle East and Central Asia.
It is also set to accelerate Plenary’s growth in key existing and new markets across Asia Pacific and the UK and Europe.
Plenary remains majority-owned and controlled by its Australian founders and senior management team, maintaining operational independence as it continues to develop and invest in long-term infrastructure and real assets.
