Our assets under management comprise 20 projects worth more than A$32 billion, part of our global portfolio of 87 projects worth more than A$73 billion across Australia, North America, the Middle East and the UK.
We are known for delivering some of the most iconic public infrastructure in Australia, such as Sydney Metro, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Gold Coast Light Rail.
The success we have achieved in our core PPP business has allowed us to grow our asset management capability and we are now responsible for providing asset management services to additional infrastructure assets on behalf of other investors.

In 2016 one of Canada’s leading institutional investors Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec acquired a 20 per cent stake in the business – a vote of confidence in our approach to active asset management and long-term investment.
CDPQ is a longstanding partner, having invested more than $200 million in Plenary projects since 2012.
