Design and construction

Our design and construction team provides specialist project management services advice across all phases of a project.

The team supports the origination part of the business by managing our design partners and construction partners to help them deliver the best possible design, program and price outcomes.

Asset management

Our asset management team is responsible for the commissioning, transitioning and ongoing operational delivery of our projects.

The team is heavily involved during the design and construction phase, ensuring the quality of the infrastructure and the seamless transition into operations.

During the operations phase, the team is the primary point of contact for our government partners and facility operators, and remains ultimately responsible for the operational and financial performance of the assets.

The success we have achieved in our core PPP business has allowed us to grow our asset management capability and the team is now responsible for providing asset management services to an additional four infrastructure assets across Australia, including:

• Gold Coast University Hospital Car Park, Queensland
• Mater Hospital, New South Wales
• Melbourne Market, Victoria
• Peninsula Link, Victoria

Plenary Asset Management operates a quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for our role as a long-term manager of infrastructure whose services facilitate project delivery management, operations and financial management of assets for clients.
