Matt Biviano has been part of Plenary’s growth into new sectors and markets including property, the Middle East and New Zealand. Most recently, he has taken on the challenge of leading the growth of Plenary’s business in Ireland, with a focus on broader expansion into Europe.

Over his 18 years’ experience in the PFI/PPP industry and 25 years in the broader infrastructure industry, Matt has managed a variety of large-scale social infrastructure in the linear and vertical space in Australia. He has been involved in leading bids and workstreams across a broad spectrum of PPP bids with Plenary, and has carried out the role of Project Company Representative for delivering and managing the process of mobilisation and commencement of operations.

Prior to Plenary, Matthew worked on a variety of projects as Commercial Manager, Contract Administrator, Design Manager, Site Supervisor and Site Engineer – providing him a well-rounded grounding across infrastructure design, procurement, delivery and asset types.
