Belinda is Head of Sustainability and ESG and a Queensland Representative for Plenary.

She is responsible for formulating Plenary’s sustainability and ESG charter and strategy and for overseeing the implementation of sustainability and ESG initiatives. 

Belinda also provides commercial advisory services across Plenary’s Queensland-based projects and as a representative of Plenary in Queensland.

Prior to joining Plenary, Belinda held senior in-house legal roles in Australia and overseas, including as the general counsel of a multinational full-service telecommunications company, advising on a broad range of corporate, commercial, finance, regulatory and telecommunications matters in the UK, the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.

During this time Belinda developed a deep appreciation of the power of well-planned and deployed infrastructure to deliver transformative outcomes for local communities. 

Belinda holds undergraduate degrees in Business and Law from Queensland University of Technology, a Master of Laws from University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from the University of Sydney.
