Yaser Al Nuaimi is a renowned Emirati expert in public-private partnerships. With an illustrious career and extensive experience in driving PPP initiatives, Yaser has been instrumental in shaping the UAE’s infrastructure development landscape.

Yaser joins Plenary Middle East following his tenure as Head of the PPP Department at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), where he played a pivotal role in establishing the UAE as a global leader in PPPs, particularly in education, healthcare, and housing.

Before his tenure at ADIO, Yaser held key roles in the Abu Dhabi Housing Centre, Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada), and as General Secretary of the Executive Council. These positions showcased his ability to manage complex projects, make strategic decisions, and contribute to the Emirate’s infrastructure and business development.

Yaser has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. Additionally, his accreditation as a Project Management Professional highlights his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in his field.

As a respected figure in the sector, he has successfully spearheaded transformative projects, working closely with both government and private entities to deliver world-class outcomes.
