Warwick joined Plenary in 2013 after a successful career in law and corporate mergers and acquisitions.  He has worked on and led project and corporate finance transactions totalling over A$15b, including the capital raise which resulted in ADQ’s investment in Plenary.

Warwick is responsible for much of Plenary’s corporate development activity. Notable highlights include leading Plenary’s capital raise and Middle East joint venture with ADQ; leading the strategy for Plenary’s entry into the European market in 2022; Plenary’s portfolio refinancing in 2021; and developing Plenary’s Crowne Plaza hotel in Geelong, Australia (currently under construction).

Warwick holds an LLB (Hons) and BCom (Finance) from Melbourne University.
