James Dixon has more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure development, with a focus on public-private partnerships. He has gained cross-border transactional experience across Australia, Europe, the UK, and GCC.

At Plenary, he has been a senior member of the origination team, holding key leadership responsibilities on our civil and social PPP projects. James has led major PPP projects, including as Plenary’s bid director for the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project and will bring this valuable experience to projects in the Middle East.

James has proven experience managing all phases of projects from origination to execution and stakeholder management. His responsibilities include steering committee participation, bid directorship, commercial and financial lead, and ongoing strategic leadership to his teams.
