Oliver is based in Singapore and is responsible for originating infrastructure development opportunities and leading Plenary’s bid teams for infrastructure projects across Asia and the Middle East.

He joined Plenary after nearly five years with Macquarie Capital as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Delivery, Macquarie Projects, based in Singapore, where he was responsible for managing the development and delivery of a range of renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the Asian region.

Prior to joining Macquarie, Oliver established the PPP function for Samsung C&T in Seoul, Korea and successfully developed PPP projects in Australia, North America and Europe.  Oliver worked in a business development role for Transurban in Australia prior to his time in Asia.
