Emma has more than 25 years’ experience as a lawyer including 17 years as a partner at top-tier law firm Allens. During her time at Allens, Emma led the firm’s national projects and development practice and was a member of the firm’s executive committee.

Emma has a long history with Plenary having been the lead legal adviser on many Plenary projects including the AgriBio Centre for AgriBioscience, Single LEAP 1 and 2, Western Roads Upgrade, Sydney Metro City and Southwest and Gold Coast Light Rail.

On retiring from the Allens partnership in 2022, Emma runs her own executive coaching and leadership development business.

She is an active member of Chief Executive Women and long-time supporter of Western Chances.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and is currently completing a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney.
